Following temporary import and export process to be completed on time
On boarding broadening the content and following all steps of inward processing authorization certificate
Following and sharing of legal regulations and assuring the implementation
Followingcontrolling and performing AEO processes and support related logistics tenders from foreign trade point of view in all legal entities in responsibility area
Preparing yearly activity and audit report in scope of AEO ISO (etc.)
Following and providing warrant of attorney expiration and also POA from the legal entities
Following KPIs and reporting
Process improvement saving and digitization activities
Risk management on foreign trade processes in the region
Collaboration with related operational departments (Accounting Logistics Tax Purchasing Customs brokers etc.)
Qualifications :
Deep experience in foreign trade operations and law
Proven track record in managing and leading teams effectively.
Indepth knowledge of international trade laws customs regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in English at a professional level (knowledge of a second foreign language as German is a plus).
Strong problemsolving and crisis management skills with a resultsoriented mindset.
Analytical thinking and the ability to make datadriven strategic decisions.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups. i.e. Be an interface and engage with challenging internal customers and international suppliers in a constructive manner and on legal requirements basis at all levels
