You will be updated with latest job alerts via email For OE Wiper systems within MA you generate a link between Sales and Business Unit and act as a consultant for management and other stakeholders with focus on sales controlling topics.
You coordinate the CN sales planning processes (BP CF CFM MBR) for all relevant Sales KPIs (e.g. STP PCR Big 5 Compensations Special Sales A/R overdues...) conduct measure and O/R tracking in close collaboration with the customer teams and monitor the overall sales performance also with regard to GM1 and EBIT development. Moreover you take an active part in consolidating said KPIs in the respective MA tools (e.g. ISA).
You prepare and conduct management reviews ensure consistent and reliable data and support Sales and Business Unit in steering with a contentbased approach.
You identify and execute process improvement opportunities including automating existing reports and streamlining processes to increase efficiency. As active member of the global WiperSCPCommunity you also exchange best practices with counterparts in other regions.
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Certification:
Bachelors degree or above in finance economics controlling or equivalent area of study
3 years or above of experience in controlling or sales
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to understand / solve complex issues summarize and provide accurate advice
Strong analytical and organization skills
Teamoriented mindset
Strong in communication interpersonal and presentation skills
English and Chinese written and spoken
