Job Description
- To develop electrical maintenance method standard plan and etc. for all MAE
- To find and collect various issues of MAE on production line and provide proper improvement proposal and following up timely
- To provide electrical technology (PLC control program circuit board IPC network etc.) support to maintenance team

- To analysis and wrap up various MAE break down cases and update the Troubleshooting and help improve maintenance team skill through internal training and sharing
troubleshooting
- To support maintenance and management response of all PLC software control program and data of MAE

- To take responsibility of Deputy ITM of ShzP to assist ITM to manage the software information of MAE in manufacturing.

- Support in equipment release and electrical safety release for CIP maintenance renovation upgrade and upkeep
CIP
- Responsible for departmental data statistics and coordinating data security management using SAP system for related management work

- Other assignment
Qualifications :
- Junior college abovemajor.
- above with at least 5 years maintenance/design experience in Equipment electrical automation. /3
- Know well common PLC programing (Mitsubishi Siemens Omron). PLC
- Know well about electrical system design and components selection of automatic machine.
- Be good at circuit board repair
- Basic experience in machine vision applications.
- Proficient in using office software especially PBI familiar with SAP system. PBISAP
- English skill for common work communication (reading writing listen and speaking).
- Good work attitude communication and safety awareness team work etc.
- Low voltage electrician operation qualification certificate.
- Basic English skill for common work communication.
