Job Description

Job Summary:

 

Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing very important or high potential accounts who builds and maintains strong & heathy relationships with key customers drive long term partnerships

 

Responsibilities:

 

Relationship Management

 

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts act as major contact window between company & customers
  • organize regular reviews to discuss performance and future opportunities

 

Business Development

 

  • Identify sales opportunities with key accounts to increase revenue(profitable)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (regions product category) to develop customized / suitable solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position the companys offerings effectively

 

Account Planning

 

  • Create and implement account specific strategies and plans to achieve business objectives that will incl. turnover penetration profit etc.
  • Monitor the process and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

 

Customer Satisfaction

 

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support
  • Gather customers feedback and share it with relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications :

Requirements

 

  • Bachelors degree MBA is a plus
  • More than 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket above 3 years of experience in KA role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts with concrete achievement
  • Deliver result under pressure cando attitude and very strong in adaptive & resilience

 

Skills

 

  • Strong people relationship icebreaking and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Analytical(datadriven) and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in multiple environments and collaborate with cross functional teams
