Job Summary:
Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing very important or high potential accounts who builds and maintains strong & heathy relationships with key customers drive long term partnerships
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts act as major contact window between company & customers
- organize regular reviews to discuss performance and future opportunities
Business Development
- Identify sales opportunities with key accounts to increase revenue(profitable)
- Collaborate with internal teams (regions product category) to develop customized / suitable solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position the companys offerings effectively
Account Planning
- Create and implement account specific strategies and plans to achieve business objectives that will incl. turnover penetration profit etc.
- Monitor the process and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support
- Gather customers feedback and share it with relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree MBA is a plus
- More than 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket above 3 years of experience in KA role
- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts with concrete achievement
- Deliver result under pressure cando attitude and very strong in adaptive & resilience
