Job Description
1. Responsible for Tracking and reducing the Internal Defects costs due to production supplier and process Via SFMC Meeting and PDCA Review meeting for Charcon VS.
2. Product falure analysis ( Electrical failure analysis)
3.Coordination for system and Process Audits
4. Support Analysis Team with WI and facility
5. EWAK and NPI Coordination including Localization
6. Coordination for s accounting in SAP
7.Operational KPI tracking related to Q
8.Process confirmation
9.EWS adherance
10.QAlert Adherence
11.FT and EFT Clearance on time
12.QBlock clearance.Reporting of IDC.
Layered Process Confirmation reports
Improvement projects for quality.
Conduct and Lead PDCA meeting.
Internal (AWP ) complaints closure through systematic problem solving.
Coordination for supplier complaints.
A3 PSS and supplier 8D.
Proces audit and customer audit coordinaion.
