You will get the chance to collaborate with our HR colleagues and service providers across the globe while being in charge of the expatriation process of certain colleagues dedicated to you. Acting as a first point of contact you will be the allknowing responsible for cases assigned to you while being exposed to a great variety of HR related topics.
The position offers a unique complexity of tasks in the field of human resources.
Your contribution to something big
- Endtoend coordination of international assignments according to the Bosch Central Directives and country specific regulations to or out of Germany in cooperation with our external partners
- Acting as a first point of contact and connecting link between our employees (expats) and service providers as well as the receiving locations stakeholders and HR colleagues throughout the expatriation process
- Ensuring the relevant compensation legal immigration labour and tax compliance based on the knowledge acquired from the training and onboarding plan
- Supporting the employees in workrelated or personal questions handling them with empathy and confidence
- Preparation of the compensation package contracts annual salary review bonus promotion and the coordination of the onboarding and repatriation
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Background: You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas
- Experience: You have minimum 23 years of experience in a Shared Service Center and/or Human Resources Finance Data analysis Risk Management or other related fields
- Personality: You are organized with good timemanagement skills and an analytical mindset. You are empathetic can handle confidential information and are able to make decisions independently
- Languages: You have advanced English and German skills (written and spoken).
