Your tasks will be:
- Actively contribute to the successful transition of time and attendance processes and responsibilities in close collaboration with German colleagues
- Provide support information and guidance in a designated area of the employee lifecycle with a customer and quality oriented attitude
- Address HRrelated inquiries from employees managers and HR Business Partners working in Germany
- Handle assigned cases with accuracy while taking into account compliance with local labour laws and company policies
- Take a pivotal role in creating refining and enhancing HR process documentation continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
- Background: University degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas
- Experience: 13 years of experience in HR Services Administration or comparable support areas
- Personality: You are thorough selforganized motivated detailoriented and service minded. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Languages:
- Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
- Midlevel English (B1) skills
- Hungarian language knowledge is not required but an advantage
