KPMG Global Services Hungary (KGSH) is supporting the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN). KPMG created KDN to provide largescale crossfunctional capabilities and technology through a network of global delivery centers. KDN encourages global consistency and provides services and tools across Tax and Legal Services Audit and Advisory at a consistently high quality and at a competitive price point. It includes a multitiered global sales and delivery support network that transforms how KPMG firms and people work together. Our extensive network of dedicated KDN professionals has the depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to play a key role in the future of global productivity tools.

As KDN continues to expand its delivery centres and offering across T&L Advisory and Audit we are building a HR function which can scale and grow and be aligned to and keep up with changing business needs will be critical to our success. This new role is required to lead the implementation of new HR technologies to streamline internal processes and enhance the employee experience. The focus is to collaborate with business operations IT and People Systems teams to define requirements scope projects and ensure successful implementation. It will employ change management to ensure a smooth transition and a positive user experience for our HR colleagues and employees. This role is set within a fast paced environment with multiple priorities across time zones and includes liason with senior leadership on a variety of HR IT projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development of agendas and materials for key meetings and events.
    • Track and following up on actions and outcomes.
    • Analyze reports and draw conclusions to drive business decisions and plans.
    • Communicate effectively with internal clients including technical and business stakeholders through reports presentations and other deliverables.
    • Build strong relationships with Delivery Centers Leadership Team and other business enablement functions.
    • Embrace change and continuously research future trends to evolve and improve products and services.
    • Have a commercial focus


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in HR IT implementations HR digitization or HR modernization in a leadership role.
    • HCM implementation certification preferred with exposure to cloudbased technology implementations.
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to produce highquality deliverables that create sustainable value.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.
    • Experience influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders building strong relationships and networks.
    • Experience developing and driving global strategy across complex stakeholder groups.
    • Superior detail orientation analytical skills and organization with program management experience across complex and international organizations.
    • Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences developing diverse teams and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.
    • Proactive resourceful and creative comfortable with ambiguity and happy to work with a changing brief.
    • Global/International experience is preferred.
