Job Description
At AM PM were experts in creating premium bathroom products that redefine the essence of luxury living. As we push ahead shattering barriers and achieving new milestones were seeking outstanding professionals in HR to join our team!
Tasks
- Recruitment for various departments within the company including top management marketing finance IT and sales.
- Sourcing talent for our international offices.
- Participation in the onboarding of new employees
- Organizing effective collaboration with recruitment agencies.
- Setting up and utilizing analytical tools to optimize the recruitment process.
- Implementing various HR projects such as training employee development and fostering corporate culture.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Hungarian (or Romanian) and English.
- Proven experience in successfully filling key positions including executive commercial IT marketing and other roles.
- Knowledge of and skills in using analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Ability to utilize various channels for talent acquisition.
