Coordinating international assignments according to the Bosch Central Directives and Country specific regulations
Ensuring the relevant compensation legal immigration labour and tax compliance
Providing customer service as a first point of contact for the expats and relevant stakeholders
Support user department and organization in the preparation of new ITbased Global Mobility processes.
Present possibilities of HRS scope to other divisions outside the organization.
Aid in qualifying the specialists in the Global Mobility topic area through trainings and workshops about current matters regulations processes or developments.
Qualifications :
Which requirements are important to us
Background: You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration or related areas.
Experience: You have 35 years of experience in HR related topics and a deep understanding of HR processes (Global Mobility relevant experience is an advantage).
Personality: You have analytical selforganizing proactive and decisionmaking skills. You can communicate clearly.
Working practice: You can confidently promote concepts and ideas that lead to operational excellence. You can evaluate processes considering costs and benefits.
Languages: You have advanced English and Hungarian skills (written and spoken) Polish language knowledge is an advantage. Other foreign languages are beneficial.
