Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Manage recruitment activities including job postings screening interviewing and extending offers Lead onboarding to support new hires in integrating with company culture and operations.

  • Timetofill for open positions as per SLA
  • Achieve an average onboarding satisfaction score as per SLA

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries resolving conflicts and addressing grievances Facilitate initiatives that enhance employee engagement satisfaction and workplace inclusivity.

Key Result Areas / Indicators / Success Metrics

  • Maintain a low rate of unresolved employee grievances.
  • Employee engagement scores improve by 2 to 3% annually.

Performance Management

Assist in developing and executing performance management processes Guide managers in setting objectives conducting reviews and managing underperformance.

  • Ensure completion of annual performance reviews by deadline.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

Oversee payroll and ensure timely and accurate compensation Manage benefits programs and educate employees on available options.

  • Achieve high level of accuracy rate in payroll processing.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training sessions Support career development succession planning and leadership development.

  • Organize training sessions as per requirement every quarter. Track and achieve improvement in skills proficiency among employees.

Compliance & HR Policy Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws organizational policies and industry standards regularly update and enforce HR policies to align with regulatory changes.

  • Maintain 100% compliance with employment regulations.
  • Update and implement all HR policies on a biannual basis.

HR Data Management & Reporting

Ensure accurate HRIS data entry with high accuracy rate Provide monthly HR metrics reports within deadline and support datadriven decisions.

  • Submit monthly HR metrics within 3 business days postmonthend.

Qualifications :

Education:         

Postgraduate (MBA/MSW) with specialization in HR                         

Experience:       

  • 1012 years of core HR professional knowhow with at least 3 years in employee lifecycle management    
  • Experience of working in a technology / manufacturing / engineering organization (Desired)          

Skill / Competencies Requirements                                       

Knowledge:      

  • Proficient in Talent and Employee lifecycle management                
  • Proficient in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding coordination                       
  • Advanced knowledge of Labour laws and regulations                       
  • Advanced knowledge of current HR trends and practices                

Functional Skills:             

  • Competent collaboration interpersonal leading and influencing skills                      
  • Advanced in consulting problemsolving critical thinking advisory and analytics                
  • Proficient communication and negotiation skills                 
  • Proficient decision making skills
