3D GeneralistTechnical Artist

Overview:As a UX Design Lead you will play a crucial role in creating seamless and enjoyable experiences for our users across digital platforms.You will be responsible for understanding user needs designing intuitive interfaces and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.It would be necessary to work with clients partners and stakeholders across various domains industries & locations.

Responsibilities:

User Research & Design Thinking:

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors needs and motivations.

Utilize design thinking & various research methods such as interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create wireframes user flows and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.

Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to enhance usability and functionality.

Interaction Design:

Design intuitive and efficient interactions for web and mobile applications.

Ensure consistency in interaction patterns and user interface elements across products

Visual & Motion Design:

Develop visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with visual designers to create highfidelity mockups and design assets. Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions.

Analyze usability test results and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.

Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to crossfunctional teams.

Stay Updated:

Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UX design.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in UX design principles and methodologies.Qualifications

3 8 yrs of industry relevant experience post Bachelors degree in Design/HumanComputer Interaction (HCI/HMI)/Computer Science/Electronics or related field.

Proficiency in 2D design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma Axure or similar

Proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing tools such as 3DSMax Blender3D Maya Substance Painter or similar

Proficiency in 3D prototyping or rendering tools such as Unity3D UnrealEngine or similarAdditional information

Bachelors degree in Design/HumanComputer Interaction (HCI/HMI)/Computer Science/Electronics or related field

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects

Experience with consulting in IT/Automotive/Healthcare/Industrial/Consumer Electronics domains

Experience with designing for embedded & IoT devices/systems

Proficiency in 2D design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma Axure or similar

Proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing tools such as 3DSMax Blender3D Maya Substance Painter or similar

Proficiency in 3D prototyping or rendering tools such as Unity3D UnrealEngine or similar

Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript Android etc.) is a plus

Experience with Agile development processes is preferred

Strong proficiency in English
