Overview
We are looking for highly skilled Senior Compositors to join our visual effects team. The ideal candidate will need to have extensive experience in compositing for highend film television or commercials. He/She will be responsible for seamlessly integrating computergenerated elements with liveaction footage ensuring photorealistic results that align with the projects artistic and technical vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle simple to complex compositing tasks including 2D tracking Blue/Green screen extractions Roto and Cleanup work.
Work with photorealistic images of highquality and skills to composite 2D/3D elements with the input.
Collaborate with VFX supervisors and directors to understand and achieve the visual goals of the project.
Integrate CG elements liveaction footage matte paintings and effects to create visually compelling images.
Work closely with CG artists matte painters and VFX supervisors to achieve the desired final look.
Identify and solve compositing issues ensuring highquality output within deadlines.
Optimize shots for efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior compositors helping them improve their skills.
Requirements:
5 years of experience working in a film VFX pipeline.
Strong working knowledge of Nuke software.
Demonstrated talent for the seamless integration of live action and CG source.
A strong understanding of contemporary compositing techniques.
Developed artistic skills and a good eye and good knowledge of color light (reflection refraction shadows) perspective and composition.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Work ethic focused on team effort ability to perform multiple tasks prioritize and solve problems.
Ability to take direction positively and communicate effectively and be able to accept and enact feedback.
Flexible and able to work within timelines.
Ability to quickly interpret supervisors briefs and devise effective solutions
