Job Description

Your contribution to something big:
- Assist in the transition of time and attendance processes by working closely with our colleagues in Germany and providing necessary support
- Provide guidance and information for specific areas of the employee lifecycle ensuring a customerfocused and qualityoriented approach
- Handle HRrelated questions from employees managers and HR Business Partners in Germany ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Manage assigned cases under guidance ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Help maintain and update HR process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement with support from the team
Qualifications :
- Background: University degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas
- Experience: 03 years of experience in HR Services Administration or comparable support areas freshgraduates are welcome too
- Personality: You are thorough selforganized motivated detailoriented and service minded. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Languages:
- Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
- Midlevel English (B1) skills
- Hungarian language knowledge is not required but an advantage
