How you will contribute to our goals:

  • regular communication with all stakeholders and responsibility for customer contract fulfillment
  • control planning process & forecast process
  • claim management
  • management of customer/partner complaints especially in strategic and complex projects
  • process coordination and implementation
  • management reporting and governance tasks
  • participation in larger projects individually managing smaller scale projects
  • recommendation of optimization potentials
  • implementation of quality assurance

Qualifications :

What you will bring to our team: 

  • at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry with an extensive experience in Service Delivery Partner management or as a technical Product Owner 
  • strong knowledge of ITIL Agile concepts and process management 
  • outstanding communication skills a strong B2/C1 level German and English 
  • exceptional presentation and moderation skills as well as persuasiveness at top management level 
  • superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines 
  • high degree of flexibility and willingness to expand the scope of classic service delivery management (customer interface) to product service management (interfaces to partners and many customers) 
  • previous experience working with contract regulations managing confidential information 
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies (Public and or Private) and networking 
  • Cloudnative technologies (Containers Microservices Kubernetes DevOps) is an advantage 
  • experience in transitioning and transforming new initiatives is an advantage 
  • experience in indepth contract management is an advantage
