Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis excellent problemsolving skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for Salesforce usage.
- Provide training and support to endusers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
- Stay uptodate with Salesforce updates and new features.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
- Good level of English.
- Good level of French.
