Your contribution to something big
Handling performance controlling related tasks for HR Service
Preparation and further development of steering fundamentals for H2R
Business analytics data gathering analysis reporting of performance KPIs
Automation and standardization of performance KPIs development of dashboards
Providing global business partnering to countries regarding their performance
Defining the further development of KPIs reporting and adhoc requests
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you
University degree in Business Administration Mathematics Finance Economics Business Informatics or similar fields.
With 3 years of professional experience in Controlling Human Resources Accounting or other relevant functions
Fluency in written & spoken English is needed fluency in German is an advantage.
Advanced IT KnowHow and a willingness to learn new tools (Automation technologies MS Office advanced SAP Power BI GenAI)
Structured analytical and independent way of working
Good communication skills and assertiveness
Willingness to work in teams over different locations in a matrix structure
