Cooperate with and influence internal and external resources including BU Sales Logistic customers etc. to provide business solution for market.
Create Product Marketing plan of activity; agree with the sales team and customers on promotion and campaigns in conjunction (product specific content for communication)
Annual planning and reporting including BP planning cost Headcount etc.
Qualifications :
Comprehensive Knowledge of product management and chancel management experiences in product or channel marketing with solid business performance is must.
Strong people leadership
Strategic and systematic thinking future oriented.
Highly selfmotivated
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders especially handling conflicts.
Very good English and local language skills for daily communication seminar presentation.
