We are looking for a passionate and talented Java Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Java Spring Boot and RESTful API development. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness and working closely with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Javabased applications using Spring Boot.
Design implement and manage RESTful APIs for integration with other systems.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to build scalable solutions.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code following industry standards.
Debug and resolve technical issues in applications.
Conduct code reviews and participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
Continuously improve application performance scalability and user experience.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Requirements
14 years of handson experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
Strong understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Proficiency in RESTful API development and JSON data structures.
Experience with SQL databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and basic knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
Familiarity with version control systems especially Git.
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
NicetoHave Skills
Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB) and message brokers (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Behavioral Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
