We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Officer to join our team in Dammam Saudi Arabia. As an HR Officer you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizations human resources functions and ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting resume screening and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Handle employee relations issues and concerns professionally and confidentially
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Coordinate performance management processes and training initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 24 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Understanding of HR best practices and procedures
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
