As we continue to grow and expand our offerings we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Program Manager to join our dedicated team. The Enterprise Program Management role will have high visibility in the organization and drive our companys most significant highimpact and transformative initiatives. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment between different stakeholders (incl. senior management).
The Enterprise Program Manager works with the Associate Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office to coordinate the enterprisewide project and program management framework tools and best practices ensuring consistent and effective project delivery across the organization. This program manager is an individual contributor role that works cross functionally on programs process improvements and manages the execution of projects and initiatives. This role collaborates with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to define project objectives scope and requirements ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. This program manager supports the biweekly enterprise project management update meeting for senior leadership providing project and risk updates and discussion of key decision points. This role does not have managerial responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to concentrate and multitask for long periods of time in a noisy/busy environment. Must be able to travel and work more than 40 hours per week on occasion.
The position is eligible for remote employment excluding the following locations: Alaska Arkansas Hawaii Mississippi Nevada South Dakota West Virginia Wyoming.
