Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Systems Engineer specializing in IT Load Balancing to join our team in Hyderabad India. This position is exclusively open to persons with disabilities. As a Systems Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining our load balancing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our IT systems.
- Design implement and manage load balancing solutions to distribute network traffic efficiently
- Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and scalability
- Troubleshoot complex network and server issues related to load balancing
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for load balancing configurations and processes
- Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in load balancing and IT infrastructure
- Participate in oncall rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 35 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of load balancing technologies and network protocols
- Proficiency in configuring and managing load balancers (e.g. F5 Citrix NetScaler HAProxy)
- Experience with server management and troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and their load balancing solutions
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. F5 Certified Citrix Certified) are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
