Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team in Bengaluru India. As a Preschool Teacher you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities that promote childrens cognitive social emotional and physical development
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Plan and prepare materials for daily activities projects and display boards
- Lead engaging activities such as arts and crafts music and singing storytelling and imaginative play
- Incorporate technology and handson learning experiences to enhance childrens understanding of basic concepts
- Observe and assess childrens progress maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for parents
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings and progress updates
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children by maintaining a clean and organized classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience
- Adhere to all school policies procedures and educational standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license as required by the state
- Previous experience working with preschoolaged children
- Strong understanding of child development principles and ageappropriate teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children parents and colleagues
- Creativity and enthusiasm in developing engaging learning activities
- Patience and ability to manage a classroom of young children effectively
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a preschool setting
- Physical ability to engage in activities with children and lift up to 30 pounds
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
