Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical education and the ability to teach and mentor students in both English and Arabic. This role involves delivering highquality medical instruction preparing educational materials and fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures seminars and practical sessions for medical students.
- Prepare and update curriculum materials in line with the latest medical standards and research.
- Assess students performance through exams assignments and practical evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and academic support to students helping them excel in their medical careers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and improve course offerings.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical education and integrate innovative teaching methodologies.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall academic mission of the institution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Medicine or a related field (Masters or Doctorate preferred).
- 3 years of teaching experience in medical education or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools and technologies effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
