St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a fulltime Hematologist Oncologist to serve as Medical Director for our outstanding and wellestablished Cancer Care program at St. Peters and Samaritan Hospitals located in Albany and Troy New York.

- The Medical Director will lead a team of five physicians and four advanced practitioners. The practice enjoys access to a tumor boards program grand rounds and treats a wide range of cancers including ample access to high quality surgical services; from breast to thoracic to hepatobiliary/pancreatic care.
- There is strong APP support in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Our multisite practice has two beautiful locations both located on hospital campuses. The cancer program at St. Peter s Health Partners includes not only Hematology Oncology but also Radiation Oncology a full suite of surgical services full Radiologic services and complimentary services as well.
- Outpatient clinics located on hospital campus
- Schedule: Clinic MonFri 40 hour work week days
- Call Rotation: 1:5
- Patient Demographics: Adult only
- 50/50 Hem/Onc must be interested in providing both Oncological and Hematological care
- Numbers of physicians in practice: 4
- 5 FT Rad Onc physicians onsite
- 5 APPs on site
- Average number of patients per day(outpatient): 2030
- Average number of patients per day(inpatient): 1520
- 440 bed community hospital
- EMR: Epic

- Open to H1B visa candidates but cannot accept J1 waivers
Compensation and Benefits: - Compensation range: xx450000 and xx600000 per year. The base salary is guaranteed with RVU and quality incentives in total cash the former Medical Director was on track to make xx800k some of the providers in the team in total cash earn xx950k. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses incentives related to quality and performance extra shift incentives and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.

- Relocation Allowance if applicable: The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursementbased system. Providers receive the amount in their contract and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
