• Drive key performance metrics across the partnership portfolio including revenue growth reward costs and member engagement working closely with our Commercial Partnerships Manager to smash targets.
• Build and foster strong relationships with partners across multiple locations ensuring shared objectives are met and our partnership strategy delivers measurable results.
• Promote daytoday operational excellence with partners while managing stakeholder relationships across Virgin Red balancing priorities and delivering projects on deadlines.
• Coordinate and execute impactful marketing campaigns with partners from initial planning through to reporting.
• Work with our Data Teams to provide partners with valuable customer insights that demonstrate the power of Virgin Red for their business.
• Collaborate seamlessly across internal teams ensuring partner plans are executed flawlessly.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and opportunities producing regular insights to help shape our partnership strategy.
• Champion our members by keeping our Contact Centre team uptodate with all the latest partner offers and promotions.

What youll need

• Experience working directly with partners or clients ideally in loyalty / reward programmes retail or travel.
• Experience delivering partner initiatives that drive real results from planning through to implementation.
• Strong commercial mindset paired with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
• A master organiser with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Techsavvy with strong MS Office skills familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Tableau is a bonus.
• Team player with outstanding communication skills and a cando attitude.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
