Job Description
- Specification & BOQ Development
- Design and generate smart specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with client needs.
- Develop Class 1 specifications for highend products and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct technical presentations and events to educate and engage with key consultants specifiers and builders.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Government Approvals
- Secure blanket approvals from government organizations such as MES DRDO and CPWD for specified products and systems.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Stay updated with market trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies in the construction and civil engineering domains.
- Provide insights to the product and sales teams for continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical understanding of civil engineering concepts and highend construction products.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence key decisionmakers.
- Proficiency in drafting technical documents and specifications.
- Ability to manage relationships with consultants specifiers and government bodies.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
