Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.
- Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Screen and prioritize emails calls and correspondence.
- Prepare reports presentations and documents as required.
- Maintain and organize files ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing meetings events and conferences.
- Ensure proper followup and documentation for meetings.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and projects.
- Handle adhoc responsibilities and assignments efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- 12 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office equipment and scheduling tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to draft professional correspondence and emails.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
