Job Description

Job title: Personal Secretory Executive for Accounting Firm

Location: Bangalore

Salary Range: Around 56 LPA
Job Category: Permanent

Fulltime Onsite

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a wellorganized and timely manner. You will work on a onetoone basis on a variety of tasks related to the Managing Director s working life and communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing high quality administrative support to the MD.
  • To manage MD diary and appointments ensuring effective use of time.
  • Travel along with the MD for business meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements including flights booking venues and arranging accommodations.
  • Manage Communications (calls emails & correspondence) on behalf of the MD.
  • Calendar management Scheduling meetings / appointments as per the MD availability through his calendar.
  • Assisting the top management in areas involving personal & confidential matters management and administration with full initiative and minimum supervision.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations Minutes of Meetings Agendas and Circulars etc.
  • Interacting with both internal and external personnels to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
  • Proficiently managing preparing and editing correspondence reports and presentations.
  • To prepare and manage bidding documents.


Requirements

  • Any Graduation with 3 yrs of experience have personal secretory.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Hindi English Kannada and Telugu.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills required.
  • Positive person and target oriented approach in nature.
  • Business acumen and flexible in nature.
  • Should have good experience in managing Bids and tender documents.
