Job Description

The Senior HCM Business Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system for Parkland Health. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday ensuring that the system meets Parkland Health s needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Will collaborate with various stakeholders including xx IT and operational leaders to drive successful project execution and system adoption.

About the role:
  • onsite to begin with potential to become hybrid as the implementation evolves
  • Transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday

Requirement description :
  • Workday HCM Core and/or Recruiting certified preferred
  • Min. of 5 years experience in implementation and/or endtoend enhancements preferably with Workday or other xxIS implementation
  • experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resource Information Technology or related field
  • familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred
