University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
At least 4 years of specific expertise in Digital Workplace Platforms: M365 SharePoint Confluence;
At least 4 years of specific expertise in end user assistance/support for dedicated information systems
Very good knowledge of Solutions Architecture zerotrustbased security implementation operating solutions and services management in private/public cloud environments;
Indepth knowledge and experience in user support training system testing user documentation;
Indepth understanding of the M365 architecture and experience in M365 operations management;
Indepth understanding and application of ITIL practices and supporting tools (SMT Jira ServiceNow );
Indepth understanding of cloudplatforms (Azure and/or AWS) and handson configuration deployment and maintenance experiences;
Excellent knowledge and experience with cloudbased technologies and providers (Azure and or AWS SaaS providers) including security business continuity and data protection management;
Good knowledge of client operating systems Windows Linux;
Good knowledge of Cloud services (M365 Azure AWS) mores specifically services related to systems management;
Good knowledge of on premise Microsoft server technologies;
Good knowledge of remote working solution based on VPN or other technologies;
Knowledge of Directory Identity/Authentication and federation protocols;
Knowledge of PKI and Encryption solution;
Knowledge of applying ITIL practices for services life cycle management;
Knowledge of service management tools (e.g. SMT JIRA ServiceNow etc);
Following certifications are required: ITIL certification Prince2 and Azure Fundamentals.
