Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of programming and the ability to create scenarios based on different site requirements. The candidate must possess the skills to execute projects with the highest quality troubleshoot and identify system errors and have the ability to work under pressure. The applicant should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous selfimprovement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program fire alarm systems including Simplex and Gent Alarms to meet specific site requirements.
- Develop and implement scenarios tailored to various site conditions and safety protocols.
- Execute projects with the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and identify system errors promptly and effectively.
- Provide regular maintenance and updates to fire alarm systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with industry standards regulations and technological advancements.
- Commit to continuous selfimprovement and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with programming and managing Simplex and Gent fire alarm systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve skills.
- Relevant certifications and training in fire alarm systems are preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in various environments including commercial industrial and residential sites.
- Flexibility to travel to different site locations as needed.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require climbing lifting and working in confined spaces.
