- Supports all Mantis hotels in all the Talent & Culture aspects and being the main points of contact for T&C related matters of hotels.
- Analyses the working procedures and discusses possible improvements with all Mantis hotels General Managers.
- Attends the important events organized the Ministry of Tourism or any other entity that has a business relation with Talent & Culture.
- Follows up with all Mantis hotels about different initiatives and any other programs launched by the company.
- Plans hotels visits and reviews when applicable.
- Support new Mantis hotel openings critical path by identifying the T&C requirements manning recruitment and policies.
- Plans & executes hotels annual Talent & Culture Audits.
- Maintains effective & healthy relationship with hotels and governmental entities.
- Ensures full adherence of all hotels with Accor Talent & Culture policies and practices.
- Strengthens the communication patters with all the T&C leaders in SA and other country T&C leaders in the region.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of performance management & strategic planning.
- Strong hotels Talent & Culture operational background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability of evaluating financial performances and profitability.
- Ideally Multi Properties Experience.

- Bachelors degree in a related field (hospitality management business management)
