Bachelor’s degree in HR or Education.
Possess minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in the use of common professional skills software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Ability to analyse and solve problems.
Ability to work with diverse population base.
Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Training Design: Strong ability to design and develop engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
Facilitation: Expertise in delivering training programs to diverse groups, with a focus on making the content interactive and engaging.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess learning needs, measure training effectiveness, and use data to inform decisions.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate and implement training programs efficiently.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to engage learners and convey training content.
Technology Savvy: Comfortable using e-learning tools, LMS platforms, video conferencing tools, and other training technologies.
Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to provide ongoing guidance and support to employees to help them develop their skills.
