You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe main purpose of the role is to manage the new upcoming mega projects (Tech, MSFT, etc…), to lead the shared services functions’ legal operation with the operating companies legal departments and the usual legal operation works with a seniority level.
ROLE PROFILE
Provide legal guidance to global solutions teams.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department.
Support the Tech team with the upcoming projects.
Be the focal point between global solutions and other operating companies legal functions
Develop company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance across all functions.
Manage the new legal digital projects (CMP and Shared folders)
Requirements
Proven experience as legal and compliance professional
In-depth knowledge of corporate procedures and structure
Well adept and acquainted with legal drafting, review and negotiation
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and records management
An analytical mind able to manage the complexities of procedures and regulations.
Identifying the needed are of development for the legal function needs
Legal Advice and Guidance:
Provide expert legal advice to senior management and executives on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, labor laws, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
Advise the organization on legal risks and recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential liabilities.
Stay up-to-date with legal developments and changes in regulations that may impact the organization.
Contract Management and Negotiation:
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, such as contracts, joint venture agreements, employment contracts, licensing agreements, and supplier contracts.
Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, and align with the company’s goals and risk tolerance.
Lead negotiations of complex contracts and resolve any legal disputes related to contracts.
Litigation and Dispute Resolution:
Oversee and manage any litigation involving the company, including working with external legal counsel when necessary.
Advise on dispute resolution strategies, whether through litigation, arbitration, or mediation.
Develop strategies to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting the company’s interests.
