Store Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of the assigned tasks within the store, as well as driving the retail operations to maximize sales, profitability, stock management. Responsible for delivering best in class customer experience and business growth. Store Manager also drives people development by securing second line leaders to manage the retail operations, engage Organizational Health Index and retain the workforce within the store.

Meet, interact with customer to know their preferences to enhance their experience.
Customer retention .
Stock, Shrinkage and Waste management Business cycle.
Understand competition landscape and suggest improvements.
Order fulfillment and management - parameters on orders should be done correctly in the system, check in-complete orders online, on-time delivery.
Team Management and Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage store employees, ensuring that the team provides excellent customer service and adheres to company standards.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff members, ensuring that each team member contributes to the store’s overall success.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to improve team performance.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment to ensure high morale and productivity.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure that customers receive high-quality service by training and motivating staff to exceed customer expectations.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Monitor the customer experience within the store, making adjustments to improve satisfaction and retention.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Master’s Degree in in Business Administration is preferred.
8+ years relevant experience in a similar role, 5+ years in a Retail Business.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong people and negotiation skills - capable to easily build relationships across all levels.
Strong and pragmatic problem solving coupled with analytical capabilities.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team, foster a positive working environment, and guide the team to achieve objectives.
Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and train staff to do the same.
Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to implement marketing strategies that drive sales.
Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory control systems and the ability to monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.
Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, track sales, and understand financial reports to make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and corporate teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and find solutions to operational or customer-related issues.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain the store’s operations efficiently.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy retail environment.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in retail software systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
