The role of the Associate manager will be responsible for all training programs for staff, ensuring that training material is delivered with consistency as per the training guidelines. This role will also assist with developing, implementing, coordinating, and enhancing training programs company-wide with a specific focus on employees’ requirements.
ROLE PROFILE
Complete an annual learning and development needs analysis all departments to ensure that the training needs of every department are identified.
Work in collaboration with different departments’ management team and Learning and Development team
Produce an annual, quarterly, and monthly training plan for all department to ensure that identified learning and development needs are met in a structured and systematic manner.
Develop training sessions that satisfy identified operational needs within every department.
Complete post-training evaluation on training delivered in the business to evaluate effectiveness.
Implement the Departmental Training Review Process to ensure that the effectiveness of departmental training and Departmental Trainers is systematically monitored.
Communicate information about training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure that the business is kept up to date about training and development activities.
Designs and assesses training programs including induction training, soft skills and culture trainings.
Bachelor’s Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years’ Learning and Development experience.
Extensive experience in leading Learning & Development activities across all levels of an organization, including eLearning.
Highly proficient use of Microsoft applications and instructional design tools.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relevant strategic Human Resources methodologies, including organizational design techniques.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Instructional Design: Expertise in creating engaging and effective training programs, including the use of e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, helping them reach their full potential.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
Evaluation and Analytics: Ability to analyze training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with training technologies, including e-learning software, LMS, and virtual training tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address learning challenges and adjust programs as necessary to meet organizational needs.
Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop training programs and strategies.
