Research in the HR solution industry with more understanding on HR functions.
Fixing up meetings with prospective clients
Lead generation as per the planned industry targets.
Understand all requirements and criteria of clients and prepare the detailed proposal outline.
Take an active handson role in all facets of developing proposals working with subject matter experts (SME) and stakeholders in the areas like business development finance.
Maintain professional and courteous communication and timely responsiveness with internal and external customers via telephone and email.
Anticipate and resolve proposal challenges and problems.
