Assist with managing student records including enrollment attendance and academic performance tracking.
Support scheduling of classes workshops and other educational activities ensuring optimal utilization of facilities and resources.
Provide administrative assistance including answering inquiries from students clients and staff. While maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure a conducive learning environment for attendees and address any facilityrelated issues.
Assist with event planning and execution including logistics coordination and communication with participants.
Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies including data privacy and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records and documentation related to operations and student services.
Handling all Executive BU operations
Handling Stockholders like printing houses.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills; experience with educational software or learning management systems preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in business administration education or related field preferred.
Previous experience in administrative support customer service or operations role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
