Business Development Officer
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Client Outreach:
Engage with the target database of corporate construction and medical establishments to create awareness of the NATS program.
Conduct structured survey calls to confirm compliance status and encourage responses to programrelated emails.
Presentation and Meetings:
Schedule and lead presentations and meetings (virtual or inperson) to provide detailed insights about NATS compliance requirements and benefits for the organization.
Customize communication to align with the client s industry and specific needs.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture professional relationships with HR heads compliance officers and decisionmakers to drive program enrollment.
Act as a trusted representative of the Ministry of Education ensuring credibility and professionalism in all interactions.
Onboarding Support:
Guide establishments through the onboarding process by addressing queries explaining documentation requirements and assisting with form submissions.
Work closely with the internal team to track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion.
FollowUps:
Conduct soft yet persuasive followup calls and emails to encourage timely responses and address any potential concerns.
Reporting and Feedback:
Maintain detailed records of outreach meetings and client progress in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports to the Principal Officer on key achievements challenges and client feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
2 years of experience in business development client relations or a similar role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in delivering presentations and leading professional discussions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
A proactive goaloriented and selfmotivated attitude.
