Understanding how consumers perceive and interact with our offerings is critical to our growth. Were seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to dive deep into user sentiment uncover actionable insights and shape the future of our user experience. This role reports to the Global Head of Consumer Business.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Perception:
Design and implement strategies to understand how users view our brand and services.
Evaluate how we rank against competitors in key areas.
Identify reallife improvements opportunities that Wolt will prioritize as company
Feedback Mechanisms:
Own and improve the NPS capabilities at Wolt (surveys tracking actions).
Develop and manage regular user experience studies and concrete feedback loops.
Conduct adhoc user studies and set up structured user panels with partner companies.
Data Analysis:
Dive into data from multiple sources including Google Sheets and SQL databases.
Identify trends gaps and opportunities to improve our product experience and operations.
Use insights to prioritize new features address gaps and highlight whats working well.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Partner with internal teams to align insights with company goals present insights to company senior leaders.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop actionable plans for enhancing user experience and staying ahead of competition.
Shape the evolution of our user experience and product strategy over the coming years.
