Diving Manager - Subsea Services

Make your mark as a Diving Manager for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen.  The Diving Manager is the nominated company Diving Technical Authority (TA) and is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of all BSSs diving related operations and supporting activities and documentation for ensuring BSS Diving Operations are carried out in accordance with BSSs procedures/processes comply with all relevant legislation and guidance and capture any changes in legislation guidance and industry best practice.

Your responsibilities as an Onshore Diving Manager:

• Management of Diving Management System.
• BSS Diving Operational procedures/processes are fully complied with regularly reviewed and updated.
• BSS Dive Teams are fully supported and ensure BSS Diving Emergency Response Plans are in place and fit for purpose.
• BSS Accidents or Incidents are correctly investigated and Closed Out.
• Ensure Diving Operational clarity on areas/subjects that are not clear in the existing documentation ensure that BSS Diving Personnel are suitably qualified and experienced with verified certification and represent BSS on Industry Bodies and Committees.

Qualifications :

You can make your mark as an Onshore Diving Manager if you have: 

• Minimum 10 years Diving Operational Experience.
• Minimum 10 years Saturation Diving and Surface Orientated Diving Experience.
• Minimum 5 years working in Management or Supervisory Positions.
• Working knowledge of Diving regulations industry guidance and best practices.
• Evidenced management qualification or experience.

• Your team: working as part of the Operations division you will join a team of experienced professionals and report directly to the Operations & Assets Director.
• Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen. We offer a hybrid working policy.
• Full/part time job: The position of Onshore Diving Manager is full time 35 hours per week.
