- Tenant Agreement reading for commercial real estate lease deal
- Abstraction required details from the agreement
- Set up new lease changed lease
- Prepare lease expiry report
- Abstract the billing methodology to be used to calculate Tenants recovery costs for the common areas property taxes and direct use (being tenants leased premises expenses managed by the landlord on the tenants behalf) for the purpose of setting up the recovery cards in Tenant Share by our Recovery Analyst
