Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Fresno CA.
SUMMARY:
The Project Manager Infrastructure is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of assigned projects from inception to closeout on schedule within budget in accordance with the approved scope meeting established quality requirements and objectives under the direction of the Project Director and working in concert with the PCM Delivery Team. The Project Manager works in the Infrastructure Delivery Branch of the client program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management oversight and support of the project teams in the management and oversight of all elements of the designbuild project.
- Designbuild issue resolution contract issue resolution claim resolution right of way third parties etc.
- Manage coordination and communications with all involved parties including internal and external stakeholders other agency departments senior management consultants and contractors.
- Mentoring developing and training of junior staff.
- Complete other duties as assigned/required.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS 10 years of relevant experience of demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 2 years of leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working on projects greater than $500M in value.
- Strong technical background and experience leading small medium size teams.
