Project Manager - 6 years Minimum Experience

AECOM is actively seeking a talented Environmental Project Manager for immediate employment in our Novi Michigan office. Imagine making a positive impact in your community such as rewarding environmental remediation projects.

Responsibilities for this position may include the following:

Project Management:

• Responsible for the overall management of projects and assists in establishing projectspecific objectives.
• Understands site investigation and remediation techniques to drive solutions for our clients.
• Interacts with existing AECOM clients to discuss projects.
• Provide technical oversight and quality control.
• Oversees and ensures all facets of a project are completed in accordance with scope budget and schedule.
• Work with team to predict resource needs and manage resources effectively.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• BS/BA in engineering geology environmental science or a related field. 
• 6 years of experience in site investigation remediation project/task management (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education)
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Candidate must be able to pass preemployment drug screen.  

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in site investigation remediation project/task management
• Experience working on projects under Part 201 and Part 213
• 40hour HAZWOPER certified (current)
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication both verbal and written skills.
• Experience preparing proposals cost estimates schedules and change orders.
