Job Description
The Project Manager/Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing datadriven projects that enhance business processes drive efficiencies and support strategic decisionmaking. This role combines project management with data analysis to ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and with measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage multiple datacentric projects from initiation to closure ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends insights and opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain project plans including schedules milestones and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of data insights into business processes.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across all projects.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data to optimize business operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders translating business needs into technical requirements.
Job duties to include but are not limited to:
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets to support project objectives.
- Coordinate with IT and data management teams to ensure the availability of necessary data resources.
- Track project progress adjust plans as necessary and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop user documentation training materials and support for endusers.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred and may be substituted for experience.
Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent
- Certifications in data analysis tools or methodologies (e.g. SQL Tableau Python R) are a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Python R Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Black belt Agile Waterfall)
- Understanding of database management ETL processes and data warehousing.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on data analysis and business intelligence is recommended.
- Experience in managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional teams in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects from initiation to completion with measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.
Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as SQL Python R Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of database management ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Project).

Scope and Complexity:
- Manages projects of moderate to high complexity often involving multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Handles complex data analysis tasks that require deep technical knowledge and critical thinking.
- Responsible for integrating datadriven approaches into business processes across various departments.
Liaisons:
- Regular interaction with senior leadership including department heads and executives.
- Close collaboration with IT Data Management and Business Intelligence teams.
- Acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success.

The compensation for this position ranges from $63000.00 $147000.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location skills jobrelated knowledge and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
