Job Description
Selforganized work: You will become part of the agile cost engineering &
benchmark organization of ME (ME/PCBCN) work in a selforganized team.
As product electric hardware benchmarking sub project leader
Conduct internal and external product electric hardware benchmarking.
Perform electric hardware reverse engineering and cost analysis.
Identify Best of Benchmark on product electric hardware and electrical
Functional Cost Analysis.
Help shape the future: You will work actively in SE teams from the early
innovation phase and determine target costs for purchased parts and value
add of ME products in the areas of:
o System engineering
o Electric hardware
Collaboration with development production supplier and controlling teams.
Conduct workshops to identify potential cost savings and define sets of
measures.
Qualifications :
Personality: responsible costconscious convincing and assertive
Working method: goaloriented proactive and analytical
Desire to succeed with entrepreneur mindset.
Experience and knowhow Indepth knowledge of:
o System engineering
o Electric hardware
Very good in moderation and organization.
Languages: Business fluent English and Mandarin skills spoken and written.
