Position: Delivery Lead
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 58 years in Team Leadership and Client Engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment life cycle including both ContracttoHire (C2H) and FullTime (FT) hiring.
Lead and manage a team of 2 recruiters providing guidance and support for their success.
Ready to contribute submit profiles to clients.
Foster strong client relationships by regularly interacting and ensuring business requirements are met effectively.
Ensure timely delivery of recruitment requirements by overseeing task delegation and tracking progress across the team.
Demonstrate a progressive approach to team management and continuous improvement.
Review and validate candidate profiles submitted by the team ensuring they meet client requirements before forwarding them for client consideration.
Provide handson support to recruiters assisting with CV searches managing client communications and ensuring smooth coordination with client Points of Contact (POCs).
Maintain and manage team data preparing and sharing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on work progress.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with both clients and internal teams.
Strong work experience who worked with services industry.
