Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone email and live chat in German.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries troubleshooting and general questions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain uptodate records.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with strong written and verbal skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
