Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to products services and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide seamless customer service and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Work towards individual and team performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a customerfacing role is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
